WE’RE BIGGER TOGETHER

Every day, British Columbian children are facing advertises that hinder their ability to be who they are and realize their full potential. Mental health issues, family violence, racial tension and identity challenges, along with the added pressure of the covid-19 pandemic, mean that it is more important now than ever that we work together to keep kids connected and supported. That’s where Big Brothers Big Sisters comes in. 

With the guidance and support of a caring, consistent, and stable mentor, children can be better equipped and more resilient when dealing with the adversities they face. By enabling life-changing mentoring relationships, Big Brothers Big Sisters promotes emotional well-being to ignite the power and potential of youth in our communities. For over 50 years Big Brothers Big Sisters agencies have been providing 1:1 and group mentoring programs, serving up to 7000 children annually. 

The 11 agencies across British Columbia know we are #BiggerTogether, but now we need your help. We won’t stop showing up for local youth, their families, and our communities and we ask you to do the same. 

WHO BENEFITS FROM THE BIG BC LOTTO

Money raised from the lotto will be split evenly between the 11 participating Big Brothers Big Sisters agencies in British Columbia.
